- Fresh fruits and raw vegetables
- Freshly made fruit and vegetable juices
- Milk from a young coconut
- Soaked and sprouted beans, grains, and legumes
- Raw nut butters
- Dried fruits
- Other organic, natural, or unprocessed foods
- Seaweeds
- Raw nuts and seeds
- Purified water, but not tap water
- Sun-dried fruits
Foods to avoid in Raw Food Diet:
- Refined sugars and flour
- All cooked or processed foods
- Pasta
- Refined oils
- Table salt
- Coffee, tea, and alcohol
